The unsymmetrical small signal cable Black Science NF is based on the construction of the FAST Audio Bicoax. Its sound is clear, precise and well controlled. Like the loudspeaker cable in the Black Science series the small signal cable is a good choice for multi-channel systems. Ready to use versions (using Neutrik plugs) are available. The Black Science NF comes close to the sound level of the Bicoax, but due to its lower hardiness to footsteps it is not recommended for professional stage cabling.
Black Science NF offers:
- Trouble-free signal transfer even over long distances.
- Favourable inductivity/capacity ratio.
- Hollow conductor principle: Both the screen and the inner conductor run parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cable. Bicoax features an insulating core, because this allows to keep the skin effect as small as possible – without using a thin inner conductor which would be highly resistive, thus provoking sonic losings.
